Le Château de ma Mère

In the heart of the Lauragaise countryside, in the Aude department , "Le château de ma mère" offers you a Gîte or three guest rooms including a family suite , for a charming and warm stay, halfway between Toulouse and Carcassonne.

The Domaine des Endibats is a beautiful mansion surrounded by a vast wooded park, which in the 18th century was the refuge of a great orientalist, doctor and writer, friend of Lamartine and Châteaubriand.
Located on the edge of the Rigole de la Plaine which feeds the Canal du Midi , the place is ideal for walking or cycling.
Outside, a vast enclosed garden with a play frame and century-old lime trees; a large saltwater swimming pool (14x7m), table football, ping-pong. Two small ponies, a horse and a dog are the princes and princesses of the castle.

For guest rooms, breakfast included in the price you will be served in the lounge or under the lime trees in the garden.

The Gîte version of the house has a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, a family suite, and a living-dining room. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom. The Gîte can accommodate up to 9 people; the outdoor areas (pool and garden) are shared with other residents.
